To ensure clarity and fairness, the following Terms of Service outline the conditions governing the use of our website and the purchase of our products.
Return & Refund Policy
If a product received does not match the order placed, the customer must contact us at info@echappe.net within 14 days from the date of receipt, providing the order number, a clear reason for the return, and include photos if possible.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s), a refund will be processed excluding original shipping fees, provided that the item(s) are returned in their original condition and original packaging.
- Refunds will be processed within 10-14 working days, depending on the policy of your bank or card issuer.
Non‑Returnable / Non‑Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized or personalized products made according to customer specifications, including but not limited to:
- Name Tiles
- Date Tiles
- Handwritten Tiles
- “Engrave Your Own” items...etc
- Customized Marque cuffs, and Lune necklaces.
- Items purchased during sales or promotional offers, unless found to be defective or incorrect.
Order Modification & Cancellation
- Due to the personalized nature of our products, orders cannot be modified or cancelled after 48 hours from order placement.
- If the order contains customizable items, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours (one day) of order placement to avoid deductions.
- Failure to cancel within this period will result in a 20% deduction from the value of all customized items containing personal information.
Incorrect or Defective Items
If an item is received with a manufacturing defect or differs from the confirmed order details, customers must notify us within 1 day of delivery. Eligible cases will be resolved through exchange or refund.
Failed Delivery Due to Customer Circumstances
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (including unresponsiveness, incorrect contact details, incorrect delivery address, missing identification, or failure to pay customs or duties fees), 225 AED will be deducted from the order total to cover shipping and handling costs. The remaining balance will be refunded.
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are permitted within 1 day of receipt.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
Exchange of customized items is allowed only in the case of: An incorrect item was delivered, or a manufacture or technical defect is identified.
- Exchange delivery fees apply.
Delivery Policy
- All items are engraved upon order confirmation.
- Orders require 10 to 15 working days for processing and delivery.
- Delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance or external courier factors.
- Customs duties or taxes, if applicable, are not included in the product price.
